Generally speaking, the following holds true about Illyria's senses, but I'm happy to fudge things for anyone who wants fudging:
She can tell if you're human. If you're some other creature from the Buffyverse, she's got a decent chance of guessing the species (and calling you a half-breed if you're a demon, because she's polite like that). If you want that fudged for some reason, just poke me here and we'll come up with a way!
Anybody else - aliens, angels, mutants, elves, felt frogs, supernatural creatures from other realities - your call. She'd recognize you as Not Human if you're not using magic or technology to hide it, but whether she knows exactly what is up to you.
If your last name is Maclay you'd just rather I not have her mention what she thinks you are, to you or other people or both, I'm good with that too! Again, just lemme know!
