Anemone's a human/alien hybrid, who's biologically more alien than human at this point. You're welcome to pick up on it, and she'll be thrilled that someone realizes she's different. She's also going to think Illyria is AWESOME, FYI.
Ghanima is, technically, a higher evolution of human thanks to the Bene Gesserit breeding programs and the genetic alterations done by the Spice, but she is still very much a human. If you want to pick up on the fact she is Slightly Odd, go for it!
Emma being a mutant is also fair game, although then she might pester Illyria to find out how she did it, to see if she can replicate it.
